About the Role

Hyatt Regency Sydney is looking for an experienced communications agent who is looking for their next move, to come and join our fabulous Communications team as Guest Services Team Leader.

This is an amazing opportunity, that offers great exposure and career progression within Front Office.

You will be required to effectively monitor the operations of the communications team; including providing support and guidance to fellow associates to ensure a successful and effective operation is maintained. You will also assist the Front Office Management with all aspects of departmental operations, making business decisions for the unit in the absence of the Assistant Manager/Front Office Manager.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as communications agent
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• The ability to foster an open and supportive environment
• Proven leadership qualities
• Complaint handling experience
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge in OPERA PMS
• Full Australian working rights
• Availability to work a seven (7) day rotating roster including weekends
